Legal Aid in Pakistan

Legal Aid in Pakistan

Majority of the Pakistan population is made up of underprivileged and minority groups who can barely afford their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter, let alone pay for legal service. Donate to help them get legal advice and seek justice.

Most of the people know little or nothing about their legal rights, especially women and children. And even when they need legal representation, they have no idea of how to go about it, or the funds to afford a legal representative.

Dastak Welfare Foundation provides free legal assistance to Pakistanis in need of professional legal advice. Our Pakistan legal aid service involves working in collaboration with Child Protection Units and Darul Amans (Women Shelter Homes) to provide legal representation and advice to vulnerable Pakistanis.

We assist in filling complaints, as well as helping the communities with legal awareness sessions to empower them with knowledge of their rights. You can join our quest of helping Pakistan communities and vulnerable citizens from becoming victims of the law due to ignorance and lack of funds. Make a donation today.
